GROPA works with more than 70 supply-chain factories to secure capacity and quality at the source. Current focus: supplier qualification, raw-material inspection, packaging inspection, warehouse management, logistics & delivery, and after-sales service. Product performance testing and batch traceability are not presented as fixed processes for now.
